The snacks are tailor-made and exclusive to Lok Fu Market visitors. Shoppers can redeem them free when purchasing items at the market.
Myron Ng, Assistant General Manager - Fresh Market Asset Management of Link said, “The Lok Fu Market Food Fest is the first-ever shop and dine event in a Hong Kong fresh market. We are inviting the public to try the yummy bites and pick up healthy cooking tips while shopping at the market.” Celebrity chefs and Link’s Market Ambassadors will be on-site to demonstrate healthy seasonal dishes.
Lok Fu’s Family Field Trip Learning Programme
Earning wide recognition, the Lok Fu Market is the first fresh market awarded the Hong Kong Awards for Industries: Customer Service Grand Award in 2014. Approximately $120 million was spent to revitalise the interior and improve tenant mix. Ng also announced that in aligning to Link’s brand vision of bringing people a brighter future, the Lok Fu Market management team is in progress to launch an interactive-approach teaching programme at the market. This programme invites parents to visit the market with their kids, encouraging them to learn about keeping a healthy diet via the five-senses exploration method. More on this programme will be announced when details are finalised.
