Link Tenants Academy celebrated its 10th Anniversary with a seminar today on the theme “Journey into a Creative Experience” at TKO Gateway in Tseung Kwan O. The event was opened by local celebrity Sammy Leung, who was joined by other business elites, Mr Paul Pong, Vice President of The Hong Kong Institute of Financial Analysts and Professional Commentators Limited (IFAPC), and Mr Clement Chan of Tiptop Consultants Ltd, who shared invaluable insights into developing an innovative and creative mindset in business operation and customer service.
10 years ago, the Link Tenants Academy (LTA) was established to equip tenants with the latest trends and business know-how in the retail industry. As part of its commitment to “growing with tenants”, the LTA serves a need for small businesses trying to stay ahead in the rapidly changing business environment. Over 80 seminars were organised in the past decade, benefiting 19,000 participants in total.
Today’s event featured an interactive tour at the TKO Gateway Food Lane, where participating tenants got a first-hand experience of the innovative one-stop service model combining shopping mall, fresh market and Link’s first food lane. Celebrity guest-host Sammy Leung helped to shed light on efficient operation through conversation with and among tenants.
Upgraded Programme for Lively Learning
As LTA enters its tenth year, the programme would be enhanced for tenants to acquire value-adding skills in a fun and interactive way. This year, three additional seminars would be organised to supplement Link’s tenants on investment, management and customer service know-how, paving the way for greater success in capital management solutions and further service excellence.
Two brand-new workshops featuring practical skills will be conducted by professional instructors in a lively and interactive format. Here, tenants can master skill-sets such as managing customer behaviour and story-telling in the retail industry with a forward-thinking pedagogic approach.
Free One-on-one Consultation
The year’s LTA programme will wrap up with a mystery shopper survey through which ten outstanding tenants will be selected as winners of the “Tenants Excellence Award” to recognise service excellence in terms of attitude, grooming and after-sales care. Winners will have the opportunity to enjoy complimentary one-on-one consultation with experts under the “Link x IFPAC Mentorship Programme”, with a view to buttressing their business development plans with professional advice. Superlative awardees will also get a free marketing opportunity.
Stay Tuned for Next Chance to Grow with LTA
The next seminar at LTA will be held on 20 November, where participating tenants will gain deeper insights into the latest market trends, while professional speakers will share their business and financial expertise. Stay tuned for more information to come.
