Aiming to share the development experience of successful businesses with The Link’s tenants, The Link Tenant Academy organises a series of company visits. For the first visit of the series, The Link has partnered with The Hong Kong Management Association and invited about 40 tenants from its shopping centres to visit Tai Hing Catering Group. JoJo Chan, General Manager (Branding and Corporate Development) of Tai Hing Catering Group, was invited to lead participants for a tour at one of the group’s restaurants today (30 October 2014). Ms. Chan shared Tai Hing Group’s “My Hero” brand building campaign with participants, showing how the group evolved from a small restaurant into a catering group that has gained a leading position in the industry. All participants appreciated the learning opportunity and felt inspired by the experiences shared. Hilda Wong, Head of Marketing of The Link, said, “The Link believes in mutual development with its tenants. Through initiatives like The Link Tenant Academy, we continue to provide the latest industry insights and business suggestions to our over 1,000 tenants while also providing platforms for tenants to exchange information. By enhancing tenants’ competitiveness, we aim to raise the overall standard of our shopping centres, allowing us to continue providing shoppers with the best shopping experience.”
The Link offers The Link Tenant Academy to tenants at no cost, allowing them to upgrade their capabilities through attending the seminars and workshops. The Academy, which features topics like market trend analysis and experience sharing, business operations, customer service and sales techniques, business management, has been well received by tenants.
