Link Asset Management Limited (Link) is launching “Soul Good Wellness Festival” across 25 shopping malls from today until 31 December 2026. The campaign brings health and sports activities into neighbourhood settings and turns Link’s malls into interactive platforms for holistic well-being. New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (NLPRA) is the campaign’s Well-being Partner, providing professional guidance on mental health messaging and co-hosting the “Colour Walk” charity event.
“Soul Good Wellness Festival” built around body, mind and spirit, the festival features five highlights: ① “Weekend Recharge Stations” offering more than 40 wellness workshops and sports experiences; ② technology-enabled, touchless “Sports Stations”; ③ accessible sports and photo opportunities; ④ the “Soul Good Colour Walk”, combining mindful relaxation with charitable giving; and ⑤ a range of spending privileges. Together, the activities invite participants to experience the “Soul Good · So Good” approach to healthy living.
Soul Good Weekend: Seven “Weekend Recharge Stations” Across Six Districts
On selected weekends until 13 December, the “Weekend Recharge Stations” will make use of these venues in collaboration with tenants including 24/7 Fitness, Dr. Kong and Watsons. Activities fall into three themes. Lok Fu Place will also partner with SKECHERS on pet-yoga workshops. At Wo Che Plaza, Parks & Trails will lead guided neighbourhood and nature tours linking ecology, historic architecture and landscaped art with well-being.
Before each event, customers who spend $300 or above at designated malls may redeem a “Wellness Pass” for workshop reservations. Participants who complete five activities may redeem a wellness gift bag.
*Please refer to Appendix 1 for details.
Soul Power: Interactive Sports Stations at 10 shopping malls
From 10 October to 18 December, Link is introducing “Sports Stations”* at 10 shopping malls. Using motion-capture technology, participants can enjoy digital fitness activities without specialised equipment. The “AI Progress Tracker” provides real-time feedback and posture guidance for movements including running on the spot, squats and vertical jumps, helping participants work on core fitness, cardiovascular endurance and coordination. The two-player “T-Shots Challenge” comprises three interactive levels that test reflexes and accuracy through different body movements.
Participation is free. Customers who complete a challenge and present eligible receipts may receive an exclusive gift.
*Please refer to Appendix 2 for details.
Soul Easy: Accessible In-Mall Activities and Wellness Tips
Throughout the campaign, Link’s malls will feature exercise, health and wellness prompts in indoor and outdoor public areas. Accessible activities include high-jump photo walls, suggested walking routes to encourage more steps and short exercises using mall facilities. Mindfulness reminders and healthy-cooking tips will also encourage visitors to move, stroll and unwind as part of their daily routines.
Soul Happy: “Soul Good Colour Walk” Combines Mindful Walking with Giving Back
In November, Link and New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association will launch the “Soul Good Colour Walk”. This accessible mindful-walking activity invites participants to notice a chosen colour in their surroundings, pause, focus on the present and step away from everyday stress.
Participants are invited to share “Colour Walk” photo collages on social media using #linkhksurprise and #Wellnesswithlink. For each eligible public post, Link will donate $5 to NPRA in support of its Community Support Services, helping to strengthen resilience and mental well-being in the community.
