Link, the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT; Hong Kong stock code: 823), announced the expansion of Link Collect, its proprietary parcel pick-up and fulfilment service in Hong Kong, to three locations across its mall portfolio: Heng On Commercial Centre in Ma On Shan, Wan Tsui Shopping Centre in Chai Wan, and Wo Che Plaza in Sha Tin.

The initial pilot at Heng on Commercial Centre in April was well received by customers, highlighting growing demand for accessible and professionally managed parcel pick-up services in neighbourhood malls. Early insights also suggest the service supports Link’s tenants by encouraging additional in-mall spending among customers who use the service.

Building on the positive response at Heng On, Link expanded the service to Wan Tsui Shopping Centre in June and Wo Che Plaza this month, bringing convenient parcel collection closer to customers' daily routines. Link is assessing a further batch of community malls, with plans to expand the network within the year.

Link Collect operates in partnership with third-party e-commerce platforms and logistics providers. The service is currently focused on selected community malls where parcel pick-up options are limited.
