The Board of Link Asset Management Limited (Link), manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT) (Hong Kong stock code: 823), announced today (Wednesday) that Andrew Moore has been appointed as an independent non-executive director (INED) and a member of the Finance and Investment Committee and the Sustainability Committee, with effect from 1 November 2026.

Moore brings close to 40 years of real estate experience, including more than 30 years in the Asia Pacific region. He is currently Chairman of Asia Pacific Real Estate at Schroders Capital, the private markets investment division of Schroders plc, a role he undertakes on a part-time consulting basis until the end of 2026.

He previously co-founded Pamfleet in 2000 and served as its Chief Executive, leading the business through its sale and integration into Schroders in 2020. At Pamfleet, he was responsible for originating, co-investing and asset managing real estate investments, with a focus on Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai.

Prior to Pamfleet, Moore served as portfolio manager of a pan-Asian real estate fund at Jardine Fleming from 1995 to 2000. He joined Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in 1993 and relocated to Hong Kong, having begun his career in real estate in London in 1987 as a graduate surveyor with Edward Erdman Chartered Surveyors.

Moore holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Urban Land Administration from the University of Portsmouth and a Master of Science degree with Distinction in International Real Estate from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and previously served on the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Council of the Urban Land Institute and the Manager Advisory Council of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles.

The Board also announced that Christopher Brooke will retire as an INED, Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Chair of the Sustainability Committee upon completion of his maximum nine-year term on 30 April 2027.

Following Brooke's retirement, Barry Brakey and Jana Sehnalova will assume the roles of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Chair of the Sustainability Committee, respectively, with effect from 1 May 2027. A further announcement will be made upon Brooke's retirement.
