Stanley Plaza World of Food and Music Festival (“WOFAM”), as part of American Express Hong Kong Wine and Dine Month, Head of Marketing of The Link Management Limited, Ms Hilda Wong attended the opening ceremony with Financial Secretary of Hong Kong Special Administration Region , Mr John Tsang, Chairman of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Mr James Tien and other officiating guests, in celebrating the annual event organized by Hong Kong Tourism Board. This year, Stanley Plaza will play host to World of Food and Music Festival again for four consecutive weekends in November (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 25th). During the festival, the Junior MasterChef winners from Australia & Finland and top Korean musical comedy performers, the Pang Show, will perform in Hong Kong for the first time. World-class celebrity chefs will be on hand to demonstrate their signature dishes while over 20 merchants at Stanley Plaza, Murray House and extended to Stanley Main Street will provide WOFAM-themed selected menus and discounted offers. There will also be professional musical & dance performance by international groups and charitable bottle jamming workshop, making this an ideal weekend event for food and music. First Cooking Demonstration in Hong Kong by Junior MasterChef Winners Winners from an international TV program “Junior MasterChef” - Fifteen-year-old Jack Lark from Australia, the runner-up of Junior MasterChef Australia 2010 and twelve-year-old Ida O’Mahoney from Finland, the winner of Junior MasterChef Finland 2012, will demonstrate their creative cuisines on 24 and 25 November in the Amphitheatre of Stanley Plaza. It’s the first time for these two young chefs to meet each other and will be sharing their amazing culinary skills and showing us their best dishes. Top Korean Musical Comedy Group makes its Hong Kong Debut The top Korean musical comedy show “Pang Show”, transformed from the highly-rated Korean TV series “Kim Tak Ku, The King of Baking” will make their Hong Kong stage debut at WOFAM. Dynamic performance will be held featuring B-boy dancers, acrobats and magic and is acclaimed for its interaction with audience.

Also on hand to demonstrate their signature dishes will be world-class celebrity chefs such as Executive Chef of Mirror Restaurant - Jeremy Biasiol,; Executive Chef of Lupa and Carnevino - Zach Allen and Executive Chef of BCN - Edgar Sanuy Barahona.
Renowned international bands such as Noughts and Exes and Les Gromechkos…etc. as well as professional dancing groups will perform in celebrating this annual event. What’s more, in cooperation with Anastassia’s Art House and the Hong Kong Dog Rescue, a charitable bottle jamming workshop will be held. Participants can enjoy creating their own art pieces and make donation to Hong Kong Dog Rescue during the workshop. Admission is free for the Stanley Plaza World of food and Music Festival.
