For the second year in a row, The Link Management Limited (“The Link”) joins hands with Le French May in promoting French cuisine and fine wines from the Rhône Valley region. The Link will host Hong Kong’s first “Le French May - French Traditional Market” at Murray House, historic landmark of Stanley Plaza. The European atmosphere and ocean-front setting of Murray House will combine with cooking demonstrations by a Michelin-starred chef from Lyon to attract visitors and gourmands alike to an extraordinary French gourmet experience. And with free entry for all, this is the perfect opportunity to experience a taste of France. Stanley Plaza showcases rich wine culture and culinary arts of France Organised by the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, Le French May is an annual event that aims to offer a selection of the best of French creativity to facilitate cultural exchanges. “Le French May - French Traditional Market” at Stanley Plaza will be the first time the Market takes place in Hong Kong. The Link is proud to offer Stanley Plaza as a cultural platform to showcase the rich wine culture and culinary arts of France. Le French GourMay special menus and a cooking demonstration by a Michelin-starred chef “Le French May - French Traditional Market” will be held on 11 May (Sunday) at Murray House and it is the perfect event to unleash one’s inner Gallic gastronome. A wide selection of French food items, including cheese, charcuterie, seafood and pastries, will be made available at the seaside historic building. French gastronomic restaurants at Stanley Plaza, including Chez Patrick Deliand Stan Café, will offer Le French GourMay special menus and promotional offers. During the Market, Christian Tetedoie, a renowned Michelin-starred chef from Lyon, will give free cooking demonstrations, bringing visitors and food lovers a top-notch French dining experience. In addition to hosting the Market, Stanley Plaza will host another Le French May highlight – Fête de la Musique – at its amphitheatre on 22 June from 2pm to 6pm.
