Committed to linking people to a brighter future, Link strives to encourage the public to show their care towards those in need through Hong Kong’s first-ever emoji™ charity campaign “#Linkemoji Share Love, Share Fun”. Guided by the theme of “love”, the event promotes the importance of inter-personal communication and inspires members of the public to share the warmth of love with others. The public is invited to
create personalised emoji™ messages through “Park and Dine” mobile app or
linkemoji.com to share the messages on Facebook. For every message shared, Link
will sponsor HK$1 to Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association. Those
who have shared their messages can then redeem the QR code for free participation
in game booths at Temple Mall, Lok Fu Place or Stanley Plaza to spread love from online to offline.
The
campaign also invited renowned celebrity Michele Reis, actress Karena Lam and Hong
Kong’s top professional boxer Rex Tso to create their personalised emoji™ icons.
Souvenirs made with the specially designed emoji™ icons by the 3 celebrities are
among the gifts for the game winners. The celebrities will also prepare 3 unique
prizes for the top 5 online participants recording the highest
numbers of “share” on Facebook during specific periods. To encourage the public to participate and pass on the message of love,
the 3 celebrities also showed their support for this programme by helping in the production of the online promotional video
featuring their
messages and personalised emoji™ icons.
