Link’s fresh markets kick-start the Year of the Rooster with a new series of “Eat and Play Pairing” workshops that showcase the “Local Snacks & Nourishing Drinks” theme. Designed respectively by Chef Yip Ming Wai, dim sum master at a renowned hotel in Hong Kong, and Lam Yuen Kwan, a registered Chinese medicine practitioner, the six local flavours and six nutritious drinks are sure to help you stay healthy in the year ahead.
The “Eat and Play Pairing” workshops present different cooking tips and fun concepts each quarter, with the latest round taking place on Saturdays from February 11th to April 29th, 2017 at designated Link’s fresh markets. Visit the markets for live cooking demonstrations of these local snacks and nourishing drinks by the market ambassadors as well as free food sampling at 2:30pm and 4:30pm.
