At the Annual General Meeting of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT, stock code: 823) held on 22 July 2020 (AGM), all resolutions were passed by an overwhelming majority of unitholders.
As part of the COVID-19 social distancing measures, a number of our directors attended the AGM by video conference. Unitholders were encouraged to join the meeting via webcast, ask questions via email and vote via proxies.A poll was called by the Chairman for voting on the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 18 June 2020 (AGM Notice).
