Recycling | Food Wise Culture

Participants will engage in food waste recycling to create eco-friendly enzymes, gaining insights on the process of food waste collection. You will learn how to categorise and upcycle food waste, and embrace sustainable living practices.

Remarks	The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese. All materials needed for this workshop will be provided by the organiser. To ensure that the activity goes smoothly, participants should arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Organiser will release the workshop quota to the walk-in visitors in the Lab if registered participants do not show up on time.
