Polysomnography (PSG) is a test used to assess sleep quality and diagnose sleep disorders. By applying multiples sensors on the participants, the test will record and analyse multiple physiological parameters, including brain waves, eye movements, muscle activity, breathing, and heart rate variability, which will aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
To ensure that the activity goes smoothly, participants should arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Organiser will release the workshop quota to the walk-in visitors in the Lab if registered participants do not show up on time.
