‘Connecting through Seeing’ Portrait Workshop

Mental Wellness

Learn to make portraits of your partner using different creative and playful means. You will also be guided on various experiential exercises, such as mindfully seeing, to re-discover and re-embrace qualities of loved ones with curiosity and a new perspective.

Remarks	The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese. Please bring a bag to carry the finished portrait. To ensure that the activity goes smoothly, participants should arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Organiser will release the workshop quota to the walk-in visitors in the Lab if registered participants do not show up on time.
