Season’s Special

“Take Eat Seriously” Exhibition: Can you Eat to Save the Climate?

Have you ever thought about how everything that we consume would leave a footprint on the planet? What if we tell you that all the food you love may soon vanish?

“Take Eat Seriously” is an exhibition that explores the connection between the modern food system and our ecosystem. Through fun and informative exhibits, you can take a deep dive onto the hot topics around food sustainability, including food production process and carbon footprint, organic and locally-grown food, food extinction issue, food waste recycling, plastic-free dining, as well as the myths about food technology. We also bring you stories of the local farmers and fishermen, and how a new generation owner breaks with tradition by introducing sustainability practices into her tea restaurant.

We hope this exhibition will inspire you to rethink our choices of food and eat smartly for a better planet.
