Energy consumption in buildings is a significant contributor to Hong Kong’s total carbon footprint. Link actively considers and adopts green building practices and has obtained certifications for improving energy and operational efficiency of our portfolio. In addition, we have incorporated green building practices into our renovation and operational guidelines for tenants. As of 31 March 2021, Link has 61.1% green building certification coverage within portfolio by Gross Floor Area. Our recognised building management standard includes: BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL and BREAAM.

HIGHLIGHTS
- The Quayside, our joint venture project with Nan Fung Development at 77 Hoi Bun Road in Kowloon East, a Grade-A commercial complex, is a welcoming, healthy and sustainable office architecture. For its commitment to environmental sustainability and wellness, The Quayside has received LEED-CS Platinum certification, BEAM Plus NB V1.2 Platinum certification, and WELL-CS Gold pre-certification
- Link Square has achieved LEED-EBOM Platinum certification
- Link CentralWalk has achieved LEED v4 BD+C:C&S Platinum pre-certification
- Qibao Vanke Plaza, a minority-owned joint venture acquisition from Link in April 2021, has achieved LEED CS Gold certification
- 100 Market has achieved 5.5 star NABERS Energy Base Building rating, and 6 star Green Star - Office Design v2 certified rating
- The Cabot has achieved Very Good Rating in BREEAM UK Refurbishment and Fit-out 2014: Office, and the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Rating C
- 50 properties are certified as “Good” rating in BEAM Plus EB V2.0 Selective Scheme (Management aspect)
