and strengthen our portfolio. With our home in Hong Kong, we are interested in opportunities in Hong Kong,
the tier-one cities in Mainland China and their surrounding river delta area or other markets where suitable
opportunities arise. Optimising portfolio value and asset performance, we seek to bring about exceptional
customer experience and thriving businesses for our tenants.
(Note: As at 31 March 2022, total valuation of investment properties, plus 50% property value of Qibao Vanke Plaza, plus the agreed property value of 50% interest in three retail properties in Sydney, which was announced on 7 November 2021, 49.9% interest in a joint venture that owns interest in 5 prime office properties in Sydney and Melbourne, which was announced on 10 February 2022 & acquisition of Mainland China logistics assets which was announced on 12 May 2022, on a pro-forma basis.)
