Ebenezer School and Home for the Visually Impaired is committed to providing an all-round quality education to people with visual impairment, with a focus on helping young workforce develop employment skills. The project will provide professional coaching training for visually impaired youths, giving them the opportunities to practise their skills at schools. It aims to train them to become life coaches and to expand their career options. The experience and enthusiasm for life of visually impaired people can inspire and encourage students to develop positive attitudes.
“I wish to take the lead to train more visually impaired people to become life coach. This would help broaden and deepen career choices and opportunities for us. Just like myself, I want more of us to benefit from the training and to pass that on to the next generation.”
Merrick, Professional Life Coach
