Leung King Plaza

Leung King Plaza was originally composed of two non-air-conditioned shopping centres bridged over the MTR Light Rail station that had low occupancy rates and scattered shops with poor visibility. The asset enhancement project has improved both the vertical and horizontal circulations for better access to all floors and has strategically relocated the various anchor shops to improve footfall and introduce a more diverse trade mix for the neighbourhood and regional shoppers. The project has also revitalised the stage area to provide more retail shops and an enhanced neighbourhood venue for leisure and cultural activities.
