Overview

 
Asset investment is an integral part of our business model to achieve inorganic growth and expand our business presence. Leveraging on synergies between our acquired assets and existing portfolio, we aim to deliver long term sustainable growth and realise our vision of being a world class real estate investor and manager.
 
Our investment focus is on retail and commercial properties (excluding hotels and serviced apartments) in Hong Kong and other overseas jurisdictions. In January 2015, our investment strategy was expanded to allow us to undertake property development and related activities.
 
 

Our Key Investment Criteria

 

Districts with good infrastructure connectivity, sizeable catchment, favourable demographics, and future pipeline developments that offer growth potential

Assets with sustainable income growth and long term capital appreciation potential which complement and enhance our existing portfolio

Opportunities to enhance occupancy, trade mix, tenant profile or asset layout

Assets which increase Link REIT’s competitiveness through expansion of tenant network, increase in economies of scale or enhancement of operational synergies with the existing portfolio

 

 

We will continue to seek investment opportunities through identifying districts with growth potential and maintain a large and diversified portfolio of retail and commercial properties with value-add opportunities.
